22nd January 2022 Luton Town Mens 4's Vs Hertford 7's

For the first 10 minutes Hertford pressed into our end of the pitch putting us on the defence. We held fast and even with a few short corners given they never managed to score from them. An early substitution, bringing Kyle on in midfield allowed him to break through and score our first goal. Soon after a short corner was given to us and Perri received and controlled the ball then struck the ball straight passed all the defenders and the goalie giving us or second goal. We maintained the pressure throughout the rest of the first half.

The second half started off swiftly as Hertford broke through and scored an early goal. Undeterred we retaliated with a third goal bringing the score to 3-1. However this wasn't enough and we continued to press using simple tactics and swift passes we played the ball across the pitch and managed to put away another 2 goals.

Final score 5-1 to us with two goals from Kyle Bernie and a hat trick for Perri D'Cruz. A great effort from the whole team.
