This week Luton took on top of the league team West Herts.
Luton went straight on the attack from the whistle, with some great passing between Benn Waller, Chris May & Nikhil Dodhia.
Unfortunately, West Herts stopped the Luton attacks & before long, were able to take the lead.
Luton didn’t give up & went straight back on the attack but once again West Herts were able to stop them.
West Herts won a short corner & were able to extend their lead to 2-0.
More back & forth from both teams & Zaeem Qadeer was able to get the ball passed the goalkeeper & to Tom Quested to give Luton their 1st goal.
At halftime the score was 2-1 to West Herts.
The 2nd half was more of the same, with both teams going back & forth.
Unfortunately for Luton, West Herts got into the Luton D & extended their lead to 3-1.
Luton kept going even though they were down by 2 goals & were rewarded with a goal when Benn Waller hit the ball to Zaeem Qadeer on the back post.
West Herts were then able to get another goal to make it 4-2.
Luton were able to win & short corner & were able to convert it to a goal from Benn Waller.
With about 5 minutes to go, Luton committed a lot of people forward to try & get another goal, but West Herts countered & got 1 for themselves instead.
Game ended 5-3 to West Herts.
