Luton men's 3s vs Rickmansworth men's 2s

Luton town men's 3 hosted Rickmansworth. Town saw the welcome return of Clive whittle who played a key role in midfield. Town conceded 2 goals in the first half despite patient play. The second half saw town get off to a flying start dominating play and possession by playing a higher line. This resulted in the first goal by Clive soon followed by Matt Dobson's powerful strike on a a short corner strike. Towns younger players showed excellent skills and pressured rickmansworth all game, this helped Ryan to gain man of the match. Town nearly got the draw but a mistake in defence late in the game resulted in a 2-3 loss. Despite the loss it was a great game and a good start to the year.
