Revenge is sweet

AFter the last match against WGC where the team suffered their worst defeat of the season (score wise - have a look at the report) The htrees were eager to get to grips with the opposition after the posponment of last week's match.
The team unfortunately started slowly and let WGC dominate the initial pattern of play. We were lucky that they did not take full advangate of the space that they were given, but we still found ourselves 1 - nil down after 15 minutes.
This provoked the team and the ball started to be passed around the pitch with players working hard. There was a crisp move down the right a quick cross and a shot, which there were three players waiting for, and Reece Sarrington pounced evening up the scores.As the ist half drew to a conclusion the team gradually took control and began to hold the middle of the park.
After Half time the game continued in the same way and a smoothly worked penalty corner (made all those champions trophy highlights worth while)improved the lead as jak maddern slotted home. Dingo then found space and flashed a strike in to make it 3-1. The team them pulled in the midfield and held the opposition out as they pressed to get back into the game. This left space for Mark Plane to run through and score a fourth, giving the team 4 -1 win and a boost
