Away @ Southgate Pitchers

After a rich run of form, Luton Town 3s headed down to Southgate to face the league leaders. A respectful 2 minute silence was introduced as a mark of respect on Remembrance Day.

The home team came out of the blocks with great speed as well as good distribution while in possession. With a forward line with endless energy and creativity, the away side knew they were in for a troublesome day ahead.

Southgate were able to create a number of short corners in the first half and were able to react quicker to secure a 3 goal advance at the half time whistle.

In the second half, the away team displayed a much spirited performance. Luton Town 3s were able to restrict the home side to only 1 goal until the final few minutes of the game.

However, with less than 2 minutes remaining in the match the home team were able to cease upon some defensive errors to inflict some more damage to the one-sided score line.
