LTHC Mens 3s V Rickmansworth 2s

Rickmansworth arrived in Luton with an unblemished record so far this season so without several key players this was always going to be a tough ask.
In the first half Luton just didnt click, the press didnt work, and the collapse wasnt happening, with a mixture of fortune & heriocs from Kyle (another strong performance) Rory, Iain and Charlie we went into the break at 0-3; it could have been alot worse.

Reinforcements in the way of Ryan arrived for the second half to give our forward line a much needed threat in attack and he was unlucky not to score shortly after coming on, which apart from a penalty corner in the first half won by some dogged play by Alfie was the only attacking highlight of the entire game . Thankfully Luton made more a battle of it in the second half but this more damage limitation than actual threat, the game ended 0-5 to the deserved team.
