Luton were on top from the very start of the game and kept Stevenage pinned in there own half. Luton were creating lots of oppertunities but failing to convert any of them. In the first half Stevenage never looked like causing a problem but the longer Luton went without a goal the more nervous they became.
In the Second half Luton came out strongly again and worked a couple of oppertunities but last ditch saves on the line from Stevenage players kept the game at 0-0. s the game wore on Luton threw more players forward leaving gaps at the back which Stevenage mangaged to exploit scoring a goal from possibly their first meaningful attack. With the pressure now on Luton finally worked a short corner correctly and Cameron Sarrington was able to knock the ball into an empty net. Again Luton dominated but felt the need to push for the winning goal whihc once again left gaps at the back that Stevenage exploited and scored again. With only a few minutes remaining in the game luton threw everything forwards and were rewarded when Dan Shearer drew the keeper out and then slipped the ball to Carter Bright who happily smashed it into an empty net. The game ended 2-2 and Luton are dissapointed not to of taken all 3 points from a game they could of easily won by a large margin.
