Newly promoted Vauxhall finding it tough in the league with Luton taking all the points.

Luton took another stride in the right direction with their second win of the season against a skillful Vauxhall side. Thus giving Luton 6 out of 6 points.

Luton had a stuttering start to the game and following a superb strike from the top of the circle, Luton found themselves 1 - 0 down within the opening 10 minutes of the game. Frustrated by conceding an early goal prompted an instance response from the young side, taking the game to the opposition.

Using his first touch to control the ball and the second to slot the ball cooly pass the keeper, Luke Titmus, gave an instant impact from the subs bench coming on to score an excellent individual goal. Vauxhall had no answers to Luton's quick passing and movement. Beginning to dominate play and breaking into the oppositions circle, Luton were unable to find the finish touch. Until, just before half time using their quick passing to find a way into the attacking circle, Luke Titmus' using his individual trickery to eliminate two players, unselfishly passed the ball to find an unmarked Cameron Bright who fimished with some aplomb, 2 - 1 Luton.

The 2nd half began as the first ended, with Luton dominating. A quick exchange of passes quickly saw Jack Madden work his way down the baseline and then knocking it back for Bryn Owen to slot past the keeper, 3 - 1! The momentum was with Town, until sadly Tom Dobson on his return from injury had to withdraw due to a recurrence of the injury. Step up, Jerry Maguire, who took the opportunity to show his goalkeeping prowess and stepped in for the injured Tom Dobson.

The change affected Luton badly and Luton quickly conceded 2 poor goals, one from a penalty corner and another from open play, 3 - 3.

With only minutes to go till the end of the game, things were getting rough between both teams but Luton showed great composure to keep their heads. This enabled Luton to dominate the remainding minutes and grab the winner! The ball finding its way to Bryn Owen at the top of the circle who selflessly slipped it across to Sam Herbert, who slammed the ball into the backboard!

The game ended 4-3 to Luton and James Wallis was voted man of the match for a solid performance at the back.
