Gusty game

Away trip to play Berkhamsted and Hemel Hockey club for the Ladies 2s this weekend. Playing in very strong winds, that possibly helped and hindered both teams!! Luton were able to come out on top though with an impressive 4-0 win in a fast paced game but with Luton on the attack for a majority of the time. B & H were able to find a through ball on a few occasions but stopped again by the defence with Player of the Match being awarded once again to Tara Clancey for not just her strong defensive play, but her attacking movement up field and very close to scoring in the first half. Good goalkeeping by the B & H GK kept the score lower than perhaps it could have been. Charlotte Dunham was able to score all 4 goals showing her skill to just be able to gently flick the ball over and around the unsuspecting goal keeper each time, a good lesson for the young 2s in keeping calm in the D
