LTHC Ladies 2

With a new season comes new players, fresh faces and lots of fitness needed. Starting the season away from home in a bran new formation brought some challenges but allowed all to shine. In the first half goal keeper Amii worked hard to keep Chiltern at bay when short corner after short corner came her way. However, the Luton defence couldn't keep Chiltern out for long. Tired legs and red faces were happy for the half time break.

After a drinks break the ladies went back onto the pitch with a spring in their step knowing how hard they worked in the first half - a goal was soon to come. Each pass seemed effortless from the midfield when on her debut Sophie pushed the ball across the face of goal allowing Sam to tap in and claim her first goal of the season. The team showed determination throughout and set up what I am sure is going to be a fantastic season.
