Luton town ladies 1s persisted to gain a well deserved draw at home against Saffron Walden.
Despite being much the stronger side, and slicing the opposition in half regularly, they wasted numerous chances & found themselves 2-0 down with 15 minutes to go.
With the home team not giving in and remaining confident Suzanne Starkey pulled one back to ensure an exciting finish.
After finally finding the net they remained calm at the back and continued to surge forward & pile on the pressure seeking an equaliser.
With under 5 minutes left to play Starkey received the ball , after slick attacking play, spotted the keeper off the line and stayed collected to cooly reverse stick lob the keeper-resulting in jubilation all around.
Time ran out for Luton to grab a winner but the all round performance was impressive.
