· Review past 10 months and agree future requirements

2. Proposed Annual Subscriptions 2017-18

· New senior, colts and junior annual subscription – Increase, or remain flat?

· New members subscription

3. Luton Vagrant’s & Luton Town Hockey Club Merger

· Any matters of interest to discuss

· Ratification of potential merger

4. Proposed new club structure

· Review and discuss matters of interest

· Ratification of new structure
