2nd Win In A Row

After last weeks big win, Luton were looking to continue their momentum with another win against Berkhamsted.
Unfortunately for Luton, Berkhamsted were able to score & take an early lead.
Conceding a goal seemed to wake Luton up & not long after were able to equalise from a short corner after Justin Coward slipped it to Benn Waller who scored.
This seemed to fire up the Luton team, as they went straight back on the attack & Tarlochan Singh put Luton ahead on the rebound of a shot from Benn Waller.
Berkhamsted managed a few more attacks in the 1st half but the Luton defence & goalkeeper Kyle Beirne managed to keep them out.
Not long before the end of the 1st half, Luton had another short corner. This time it played directly to Benn Waller at the top of the D, who hit it into the bottom left corner to extend Luton’s lead to 3-1.
At halftime Luton were up 3-1.
Luton started the 2nd half strong & before long, Benn Waller had a shot that bounced off of the keeper into Chris May who scored.
Berkhamsted tried to get back into the game, but Luton kept the pressure on.
Nikhil Dodhia then stole the ball from 1 of the Berkhamsted defenders & put the ball in the back of the net for Luton’s 5th goal of the game.
Luton continued to create chances, but were denied by the Berkhamsted goalkeeper. That was until Justin Coward threw an aerial ball into the D that Chris May hit while in the air into the goal to make it 6-1.
Near the end of the game, Luton had a few more chances but were unable to get another goal.
The game ended 6-1.
Chris May was voted Man of the Match.
