We are hosting a curry night at the cricket club from 7pm on Saturday 4th February at the cricket club. More information to follow along with a menu for the evening. Let your captains know if you'll be attending, we'll need accurate numbers for the evening.

End of Season Pub Golf Bar Crawl - Saturday 18th March
To celebrate the end of the season all teams will be coming together to paint the town red! Starting at the cricket club, who will make it to the end!?

Junior Presentation Evening - Saturday 25th March
The junior section will be celebrating the end of the season with their annuals awards evening at the cricket club. Come down and show your support to the future of the club and we would be grateful to receive any donations towards the raffle on the evening.

TOUR TOUR TOUR - Thursday 13th April to Monday 17th April
Here is the big one! Easter tour this year will take place from Thursday 13th/Friday 14th April to Monday 17th April. We will once again be gracing the sunny coastal town of Weston-super-Mare for the Breanfields Hockey Tour. SECURE YOUR PLACE NOW FOR ONLY £20 with nothing more to pay until you arrive!

Deposit:
We need your deposits of £20 as soon as possible!

Kit:
If you do not have a tour playing top, then we'll use your deposit to order you one. If you have been before and have the current playing top you'll receive your deposit back on the first day of the tour.

Tour Entry
Cost of entry to the tour is £40, payable in cash on the first day of the tour. Tour entry provides you with access to the tour and entry to the organised events in the evenings.

Accommodation:

Hotel with Breakfast Included - £30 a night.
Free Camping at the pitches

Travel:

Minibus - If there is enough demand we can organise a minibus - up to £55 for the return journey.
Car - Once we have final numbers, we'll need people to volunteer to drive and we'll do our best to make sure you have a way to get there and back.

Aside from this, you'll need your spending money for drinks and food during the day and the events in the evening.

The tour itself starts with a welcome party on the Thursday Evening, with matches starting on the Friday morning and weather permitting through to Sunday afternoon. Friday evening usually consists with a privately hired venue with a live band. Saturday evening is the turn of the fancy dress night! We will have a club theme so we'll keep you posted on this. Sunday evening is the last night of the tour with a leaving party back at the hotel. After nursing our sore heads and attending the survivors breakfast, we will then travel back on the Monday.

Get your deposits into Anwar Yusuf or Chloe O'Shaughnessy along with your choice of Hotel or Camping, if you need a tour top or not and whether you are willing to drive or get a minibus.
